We hope you all had a happy and candy-filled Halloween this year. We know we did. Today, November 1st, is the kick-off day for November Novel Writing Month 2016(NaNoWriMo). While we have made the decision to not participate officially in NaNoWriMo, we still have plans to make great strides on our current works-in-progress.

To review what we’ve been working on:

Nancy is working on the manuscript for our horror novel, The Ocular. This story has a more cyber-mixed-with-paranormal bent than our previous horror novels. And, while it is set in our favorite fictional city of Riverside, with a few of our favorite characters, the story is brand new. She’s sitting at 66, 543 words, and we just reworked our chapter map to resolve a few plot holes that should take her to the finish.

Eric is working on rewrites and final edits of the second book in our science fiction New Mother Earth series, Hunters of Gaia. He’s about a third of the way through and is making steady progress.

Anne is working on our serial killer novel, Enoch Rising. She’s made it to chapter twenty-nine, about half way to the finish line.
