Paranormal, our new normal?

Blog Pic 18 DEC

As some people already know, especially if you’ve read our horror novels, we are fascinated with the paranormal. We watch the various shows, read the stories, and follow several paranormal investigation websites and groups. We love to incorporate paranormal research into our books, both the science and evidence-based types of investigators and their more colorful counterparts, the self-proclaimed psychics and sensitives. All are welcome within our pages.

“There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio.” Shakespeare knew it and so do we.

Soon, we might have the opportunity to participate in an actual paranormal investigation. We are beyond intrigued and a little nervous. Our current work-in-progress, The Ocular, features a paranormal investigation team and we’re hoping that a real world experience will lend authenticity to our story. We’ll keep you posted as things progress.

In the meantime, we’d like to give a shoutout to one of the pages that we follow: C&J Paranormal. You can follow Chris and Judy Pollock and their paranormal exploits on their Facebook page:

If you’d like a little taste of our own local haunted history, you can check out the Klondike Restaurant in St. Helens, Oregon. The restaurant has been investigated by numerous paranormal research teams as well as featured on an episode of the television show, Paranormal State.

Wish us luck!
