Let’s just start by saying that May has not been our most productive month. We did put out a short story at the beginning of the month along with a free promotion but word count has been woefully low compared to other months. That’s not to say we haven’t been writing, just not as much as we’d like. Life does have a way of interfering with the best laid plans.
June, however, is looking to be a banner month for the Litzophreniacs. Nancy is back from her working vacation with six new chapters of our new Renna Olsen novel, Holly Virginia, completed. Eric and Anne are eagerly awaiting the end of the school year as that will significantly free up writing time for both of them. And, of course, Anne is coming home to Oregon for a visit! We have big plans to get a lot of work done during the summer, including a booth at the county fair to sell and market books. We are very excited for the opportunity to work together in person once again. Long distance collaboration does have its challenges.
While we won’t meet our self-imposed goal of finishing Holly Virginia by the end of May, we have made significant progress and are close to the finish. We hope you’ll continue to follow us and we appreciate your support.
Thanks,
Anne, Nancy and Eric
