As always, everything we do is a team effort. This week, we threw our energies into formatting and preparing the books for print publishing via Createspace. It was not without its challenges. Our Mom, Nancy, took the lead in navigating the website and formatting the books. We ran into trouble with Cover Creator but after a day spent manipulating the cover images and fixing one grammar emergency on a jacket blurb, we were finally triumphant.

Now we wait for the books to go live on Amazon, sometime in the next week. We will, of course, be our own first customers.

We didn’t completely neglect our other projects while we were wrestling with print publishing. Anne finished the final read-through on Cold Prairie and we’ve passed that on to our super-secret beta reader. We hope to go live with that novel by the end of the month. Eric is working on a project that was started some time ago and then left to languish. It’s a paranormal thriller we call, “The Ocular.” Nancy jumped back into her Renna Olsen novel, Holly Virginia. Anne will be getting back into the second Gaia novel, once she catches up with her backlogged edits. It’s going to be a busy week!
