We were a bit derailed by Christmas and all its assorted requirements of visiting and merry cheer but that didn’t stop the downloads of our horror short story, The Mortuary Fly. Using Twitter, Facebook and Kindle Direct Publishing Select free promotion to spread the word, we’ve had over a hundred downloads of the story. Our reviews have been more than positive and we only had to correct a few mistakes. I call that a win!
Once we get through the rest of the holidays, we’ll be back at the writing. It’s time to get to work on the rest of our projects: Return to Gaia, Holly Virginia, and The Ocular. We might try to throw in another short story while we’re at it, just because we love it!
Look for our upcoming Kindle Direct Publishing Select promotions of our other books, Creek House, Safe Harbor and Exiles of Gaia. We’ll be staggering the promotions in order to get the most publicity out of them. I’ll let you know when those will be starting, most likely January 1, 2014.
